When you request a design, it is entered into your design queue. We work through your design queue in a first-come, first-served basis.

On average, most clients receive their request within a few business days. In some cases, it may take longer depending on the complexity of the request.

You own 100% rights to the designs, which means that you are free to do what you wish with them.
